First, I was impressed with the quick response to my inquiry—and the subsequent communications regarding visits to my home. Second, Chris arrived exactly on time for each visit. Third, Chris evaluated thoroughly and explained things in a way I could understand. His thoroughness meant I could trust what he said. Fourth, he provided a detailed and fair estimate—and then, surprise of all surprises when it comes to home maintenance work, the final bill was within the limits of the estimate! TruBlue has a great service team who genuinely cares about my needs for repairs and handyman services around my rental home. They were able to provide the services that fit within my 1.5 week timeline during which I had to clean, fix, and repaint the home before my new tenant moved in. Their team was friendly and professional, and checked in with me at every important step. We even did a walk through at the end where I could give my feedback on whether or not the job was properly completed.
