Requested the night before to come out and he came right on time the next day. Fixed my issue quickly, also took the time to explain what the issue was, all while being very professional and kind. My blower motor went out at 11pm during the record breaking heat wave of 9/2022. I immediately searched online for local companies that may be available the next day. Vasyl AC website asked for a description of the problem & contact info. Too my amazement, I received a text & email moments after. It said they would be here between 630-7am the next day and fix it! I was shocked and didn’t believe it. I was contacted the next morning with a 10 min eta and Vasyl AC arrived exactly at 630. He was very friendly, professional, and even removed his shoes until he reached the attic. The problem was quickly diagnosed as a bad motor. He had the part in his vehicle, replaced it and had the AC working by 730! The price was fair and reasonable. I’ve never had a technician respond as quickly to my request, arrive at the actual time stated and solve the problem as well as Vasyl AC. I will definitely call Vasyl AC for my future HVAC needs.
