Peter and his staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and fair addressing either heat or air conditioning issues. Have used A Cool Air for years and definitely can recommend.
From the first contact with the office personnel to the end of the inspection work done by Artem, I was very satisfied. The office staff was courteous and seemed genuinely interested is helping me with my concerns. Artem was courteous and polite and did a professional job. Our A/C heroes. The first night into the latest heat wave the capacitor failed. I called A Cool Air the next morning and they arrived within 2 hours to repair and had the unit up in running again within 15 minutes. They saved my toddler and pregnant wife from the sweltering heat. I've used them before and will continue to use them in the future.
