From the first contact with the office personnel to the end of the inspection work done by Artem, I was very satisfied. The office staff was courteous and seemed genuinely interested is helping me with my concerns. Artem was courteous and polite and did a professional job. We had one of the worst heat waves in the history of sacramento and our AC died. We called A Cool Air as we have in the past and they made us an appointment, came out as scheduled, found the problem and fixed it quickly. Our family has used them multiple times and they have always been professional, HONEST and great value HVAC company that we’ve ever worked with. Our A/C heroes. The first night into the latest heat wave the capacitor failed. I called A Cool Air the next morning and they arrived within 2 hours to repair and had the unit up in running again within 15 minutes. They saved my toddler and pregnant wife from the sweltering heat. I've used them before and will continue to use them in the future.
