A2Z Water Heaters

Hired Fred to replace the water heater in my home. I called him on Monday late afternoon and he came out the next day to look over what needed to be done. He was thorough and took an educational approach to what needed to be done as he walked me through it step by step. He came out Wednesday and completed the installation flawlessly. Shelly scheduled the inspection for Friday after providing me with the permit and warranty information for the unit. After the inspection, the inspector asked me to tell Fred "this is an amazing installation, I don't see many jobs this done this well." I can't recommend A2Z enough. Fred sold me on his service. He educated me on why he’s so meticulous and detail oriented with what he does. I’m a heavy equipment mechanic and could have easily swapped out the water heater myself. After Fred explained to me what was wrong with my water heater (Many problems since it was installed in the house in 2003). He then explained why he will upgrade and replace every other related component to meet or exceed code. I realized that I could easily swap out the part and save some money and do it my self, but if something went wrong, I could receive a fine from the city, or at worst, burn my house down.
