Cisco's Roofing

Cisco and his crew were professionals from the bidding process to finished product. He showed up when he said he was (pet peeve of mine with the trades), brought samples and thoroughly explained the process, submitted a very competitive bid with details on exactly what was included. His crew was courteous and efficient. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up their mess (another pet peeve). The finished product was great, never thought a roof would make such a difference in the curb appeal of my home. I would not hesitate to recommend Cisco. Calls to the listed number go to voicemail almost immediately nearly every time. Having left a voicemail several times without a call back I decided to give them one last call. Finally Francisco answered. He explained that they were busy and were booking around 5 weeks out. Sounds good to me. A busy business is a healthy business... Or so I thought. I asked to have someone drop by for a quote , exchanged address info, and we ended the call..... Days passed without a call back to actually schedule the quote. I began the process of calling and leaving voicemail's again, and after a few days managed to reach Francisco once more. We agreed that he would arrive onsite Monday April 25th at 2:00 PM PST. I ensured I was home and available , but no one arrived. At 3:10 PM I called to see where they were or if we should reschedule, but as you might have guessed it went to voicemail. I give up. How can you do business with someone who refuses to return calls? Refuses to keep
