I contacted Omar at SWAT yesterday late morning and he had a repairman scheduled for early afternoon. The Technician arrived on time and diagnosed and fixed the issue. It was a minor wiring issue. They were honest and did not try to take advantage of the situation, which is unfortunately rare anymore. I will definitely call Omar @ SWAT in the future. This company exceeded my expectations. Denis was the last of 3 technicians send my way to repair and dilemma none of the others were able to. He was courteous and professional his level of experience is superior and excelent. Like he said, he took care of my situation as of he was taking care of his mother's house, that speaks of him I my opinion. My heater unit was heating at all with this cold weather and he didn't leave till he figured out the dilemma & made sure else was checked and assured me it was up and running well.
