Really disappointed in the technician that came out Saturday . Was friendly on the phone but as soon as he showed up really didn't want to help with anything besides flipping the breaker on and off. He just told us what to check and never once offered to perform the work or provided a quote ( which we would have gladly paid to restore electricity to the majorityof our downstairs) . He also told my husband to just change out the circuit breaker himself .. he said it was easy , even after my husband asked him "are you sure that's something I should be doing? " .. that seems like a liability issue for a certified electrician to tell a basic homeowner to just do this stuff themselves instead of even offering to draw up a quote and perform the service ? It was like he just wanted the 65 dollars to ring the doorbell and flip the breaker. Once that didn't work we were just wasting his time. Not once did he offer to work on a quote or anything. I was so happy we found someone who could come
