Came out to check my HVAC. Turns out I needed a Capacitor. He quoted me $250 for a new one. Found the exact one I needed at an Ace Hardware store for $25. The kicker, he plugged in to check my freon and ended up taking out some of the refrigerant as I wasn't interested in paying $250 for a $25 part when he disconnected. Do your research and dont let this guy scam you. I paid him the agreed upon consultation fee he asked for but i feel like I was robbed.
We had our AC fail in late July. Cesar answered my call and was able to come out the next day. He helped troubleshoot the problem and found a solution. Due to a faulty part installed by a previous company we had to call them back out to replace it. Then Cesar came back out to recharge the system and it is working great now.
