Loves Air was great. Their customer service was awesome from the first phone call, to the final installation of the new unit. Zia was very helpful and explained all of the details and pricing. They were able to get us in right away, the very next day. Daniel, Joel, Adan, and Kai were great, very professional, and friendly. We really appreciate what the team at Loves Air was able to do in a very short time. It made this very stressful situation less stressful overall. Technician, Jose, really took care of us during a critical time. Our AC stopped working during triple digits and having animals, elderly, and children living with us it was imperative that it be addressed immediately. He was professional, knew what he was talking about and had compassion for our situation. Loves Air has been taking care of our furnace and AC for several years now and I recommend their annual maintenance service plan, reasonably priced and their customer service is above and beyond. Josh phoned first to let us know he was on his way which way within the estimated appointment window. When he arrived he put shoe covers on before coming inside and then explained what he would do during the service appointment. He was very personable, very professional and provided a detailed summary of the results of his routine maintenance including photos.
