Our technicians Gerardo and Miguel were very patient in dealing with our home warranty insurance. They were very professional and courteous with us and helped clear out a stoppage in our kitchen sink.

He was nice but completely scratched up our toilet so we had to replace it. Cost $300 for him to fail to unclog the toilet, plus $200 for a new toilet. Will not use again.

This review is for the Monterey County division. We needed emergency response due to a bathtub/shower valve failure that was causing water to leak from the 2nd floor down to the 1st floor bathroom. Of the four companies I called, Roto-Rooter was the only one who could come same day, everyone else was next day. Within an hour, technician Joe Diaz arrived and traced the leak. Soon after that, project manager Reuben Vega arrived. He quickly got back to me with an estimate for the repair. Soon after approving the repair estimate, I got a call from restoration technician Andrew Hyde. We discussed options for the dry out of the 1st floor ceiling. That dry out is happening as I type this. I couldn't have asked for a more prompt turnkey solution to our problem. The water was leaking into my elderly father's bathroom and was a hazard since he uses a walker. Both the upstairs & downstairs bathrooms were out of commission.
