I was in need of some screen repair work and called the first place that popped up on google "Tommy's Glass". I wanted to get an idea of what the service would cost but the woman who answered was extremely RUDE. First impressions are everything so I hung up and called a local competitor who was very helpful and informative during that first call, what a difference! Will definitely be taking my business where I'm valued.
At first we had a tech come out and it was a little unprofessional. He was able to fix the window but glass shattered everywhere. Tech did not notice and left it. I came home and cleaned it up. I do have kids so it was upsetting. I called to let the owner know and he graciously apologized. He was going to have tech come clean it up. I would still call them again accidents happen. I'm sure he learned from his mistakes.
The dude was so rude would NOT recommend. The worse customer service ever. Please don’t visit this place
