This has to be Salinas little gem they were so friendly and so helpful. I ended up accidentally breaking the glass that I had just purchased and they replaced it for me again. Everything about this business is great. I will definitely make purchases here again
Long term local experience. Professional, reliable, responsive. I got 3 multi-light doors, 2 windows and 2 custom shower glass installations. Each is quality and I am very happy with all.
At first we had a tech come out and it was a little unprofessional. He was able to fix the window but glass shattered everywhere. Tech did not notice and left it. I came home and cleaned it up. I do have kids so it was upsetting. I called to let the owner know and he graciously apologized. He was going to have tech come clean it up. I would still call them again accidents happen. I'm sure he learned from his mistakes.
