I called 5 other companies and none of them had any specialist for the same day service. I called 4 Points A/C and they set up me for the same day and 2 hours later Justyn R. showed up to fix my AC. He explained in details what was wrong and how much it would cost. 30 minutes later my AC unit was working again. Fast and reliable service. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair
This is a family-owned business and they are very honest. Eric was on time, friendly and reassuring. My issue was resolved very quickly and they wear booties inside your house and sweep up when they're done! Highly recommend them! Service: Thermostat repair
A long overdue review for this fantastic company. They have come out twice for routine maintenance on our system. Scheduling is easy and the receptionist is beyond knowledgeable and helpful.
