I scheduled an appointment with them to get my mini split diagnosed and was told that they were fully booked and could not make it today. I didn’t mind that at all so then I decided to return the call to reschedule for another day and was told that I couldn’t reschedule because there wouldn’t be enough time to do the job ..... most awkward customer service experience ever.. talk about not wanting any business at. Would not recommend.

Great Company! Tech was polite, Office staff prompts and prepared. Got my AC back to speed same day. Called at 9 am had a tech here at 2 Pm (as promised) and AC cooling the house by 3:30. Flawless. This is how any service should be....PAINLESS. You get what you pay for.

The Technician came and repaired my mother in laws air conditioner whn I was in town. They came to her house quickly and had the situation straightened out in a timely fashion. I thought the pricing was very fair for the time they spent working. When leaving everything was explained and the work area was cleaned. I would highly recommend AC Repair Solutions to my friends and family.
