Great service provided on my A.C. unit by Ballard A.C. tech. Daniel during a recent heat wave this July. He solved my AC "drainage" problem which was preventing my unit from working in 90 degree plus heat. He answered my questions and was very professional in his skills and presentation. Just tried to sell me a New AC unit for over $4,000. Just looked at mine & said it was old, & probably won’t last long. No maintenance, No cleaning, No anything. Guess I should have asked what their Tune-up included. I’ll know better next time I have a AC company come out. If I didn’t ask a lot of questions, I wouldn’t have known anything. So be sure to ask what their Services includes, & be sure to watch & ask a lot of questions. If they say you need anything new, I definitely would get a second or more, opinions from other companies.
