Robert a nice young man came to replace the bathtub faucets. No matter how you turned them they were still leaking…more than a 5 gallon bucket of water yesterday. He replaced them and they work great now. I even signed up for a program they have to service the plumbing, air, water heater, etc. I look forward to seeing him next time I have an issue. ANGEL is the best and I appreciate how wonderful he is at diagnosing the AC problem, explaining what is wrong and getting my AC working quickly. Ballard is upfront with their reasonable rates. I recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable Air Conditioning company.

Good service. Seemed knowledgable and polite. Replaced ac motor under warranty. Felt I was overcharged for the 1 1/2 hours they were here. For what I understand - I didn’t pay for parts but still paid over $500. That equates to $250 hour for service. I paid it - we had little air. I was going to let it go - but they sent me this review - so honestly - I felt taken advantage given the situation. Next time - don’t do that to unsuspecting customers. It’s rude and poor business practice. Service: HVAC system repair
