Had a pipe burst on us while on vacation recently. Scheduling was friendly, professional, and quick, and put my mind at ease about finding a San Bernadino plumber I could trust to do good work.
I called to schedule service. They took my info and said they would have a plumber call me back to set up an appointment time. They never called back. I got the same treatment three times before on previous services I needed but thought maybe I should leave a review this time as I'm tired of dealing with their shenanigans.
