My hot water heater stopped working and my handyman recommended Payless 4 Plumbing. Technician Ricardo, from the Whittier office came out. He was amazing! Besides putting me at ease with his awesome personality. He walked me through everything that I needed to repair the water heater. He came Monday morning to start and finish the job. I now have hot water again! Ricardo also showed me where and how to shut off my main water valve if there’s ever an emergency! He was awesome! Service: Water heater repair
I’m so impressed with this company, especially with Dillon and Matias, both of whom arrived promptly to repair a burst pipe that was flooding my basement. This company is honest and offers reasonable prices for emergency repairs. I could have been taken advantage of in my panicked state, but Dillon and Matias are an honorable pair. Dillon was great. Friendly, professional, fast he had my drain cleared and water out of the sinks in less than 30 minutes. Most importantly he was nice to my dogs when they tried to help. I was quoted between 1-3 but he was here before 11 am. It gave me the rest of my day back to do what I needed to do. I would recommend to anyone who has plumbing issues they need resolved and who isn't looking to get ripped off in the process, as the final price was what was quoted during the initial call.
