I was recommended by my neighbor so I called Bay Air HVAC for an estimate to replace a furnace. They came and were professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I chose them and they were able to do the furnace replacement right then and there and kept everything clean and did good work. I have been working with Richard for last 4 years, whenever my clients have any HVAC questions or issues, he is the first one I call. He is always very responsive, on time, and find solution for the issue without breaking the bank. My client have a condo and the Heating system in on top of the building. After on and off heat waves, my old A/C wasn't cooling my house down like it used to. I ended up calling Bay Air HVAC to do the replacement. They were respectful the entire time and made sure to practice safety guidelines for COVID-19. It's been two weeks since then and we had another 100F heat wave during labor day weekend.
