We needed our old HVAC system replaced. I wanted to get a heat pump system because of their greater efficiency and lack of dependence on natural gas. I interviewed and got estimates from two large companies, both of whom sent salespeople who tried to sell me something that I didn't want at a high price. Then I interviewed Joseph from Aussie's. He was very straightforward and gave me a great price for a two-unit heat pump system--significantly lower than the other companies. I mean SIGNIFICANTLY lower. Joseph and his crew were very thorough and professional. No cutting corners. He definitely wants to do the job the right way. And he's a super nice, polite guy. Aussie's installed a heat pump system, for heating and cooling. Joseph helped us choose the heat pump suitable for our location. It took 2 days to install and it works. Joseph also arranged for 2 required inspections, one from California HERS and the other by the inspector from the city of San Diego. The installation passed both inspections without any problems.
