Our (very old) furnace was not working, and, like some of the other reviewers, our home warranty company assigned CA Quality Heating & Cooling to diagnose/repair our issue. HOWEVER, unlike some other reviewers, our experience with this assigned company was excellent! Farzad (AKA Freddy) was our technician, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, and efficient! He remedied our issue with great skill. We were so impressed that we are planning to upgrade to a more modern, efficient HVAC system with this company! We highly recommend this company to others who are having heating/cooling issues. This company is awesome! There reviews get mixed up with West coast heating and and solar which is not the best by far! Raymond helped get me a new A/C and Heater and went into my attic to help look at my old ducting and fixed all the issues I had! This company is great all around price and service! Referred to them via home warranty. They came out and assessed the furnace failure was based on ductwork. When I asked for backup data points they declined to give a field service report to verify their findings. I've been asking for the validation of their findings for several days and despite paying for an analysis they refuse to share their findings Service: Heating system repair
