He responded promptly with a quote after our initial consultation for installing a four-zone mini-split system and didn't bug me to approve while I got other quotes. When we approved the quote, our service was scheduled promptly and completed on-time. Any questions I had were answered along the way and the installation crew did a wonderful job of getting my feedback on installation locations and other minor decisions that needed to be made while the installation was ongoing. I reached out to Carini after being notified of major gas leak in the crawl space of our home. SDGE had turned off the gas already, but Carini went out of their way to get someone out to us ASAP. AJ was able to get to our house by 8am, and quickly diagnosed the problem. After giving us our options, we opted to take the quote and attempt to go through our home warranty company...this was a mistake! After several days of back and forth with the warranty company, incorrectly filed service requests on their end, and an appointment with an appointed plumber who went radio silent after their 10 minute visit, I ended up deciding to go out of pocket. AJ and Carini were checking in with me periodically to make sure that I was being taken care of by the warranty, so it was a no brainer to give them business.
