Chad's an excellent tradesman. He just completed his third job for us and he has gone above and beyond every time for us. Last time he came by last minute on the 4th of July to help us out with an emergency. Hes extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and has a great knack for pointing out and solving issues that we needed repaired but had lived with for so long had not even brought up.
