I contacted about 2PM on a Friday afternoon to report a water heater that was not working. The dispatcher said she would try to get a plumber to me today but could not guarantee today. She contacted back within a half hour and said a plumber was on the way and would be here in 15 minutes. Jase and his helper diagnosed the issue of as defective gas valve. They went to the supply home and got a new valve under warranty.
