Needed a drain cleaned out late on a Saturday. A tech named Tucker was there in about an hour and took care of the complication in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and professional. Seamus is fantastic! Super knowledgeable and professional- awesome at explaining in detail what was needed. Sadly we have town water that has a lot of minerals so our water heater has suffered. this is the second time that parts inside needed replacing. However, Papilia made sure that the parts will be replaced under warranty. The labor is costly but I feel well taken care of knowing that their water heater expert, water filter expert, and skilled repairman Seamus is on the case!
