Tony from Core Plumbing researched the year our home was built and its plumbing prior to even arriving at our home. He was able to give us an estimate, go buy parts, and do the installations and repairs on the same day. We had 2 faucets replaced (I had the new ones on hand), installed a thermal expansion tank and replaced the water pressure valve.
All of the above. I called in for a question about service for a pipe leak. Kevin with Joey showed up in less than 30 minutes. This was not an emergency call either. Kevin assessed the situation and provided several levels of service depending on my needs. Once selected, they went right to work. I had a bigger issue than I thought, he explained very clearly what the issue was and how I would like to proceed. It did cost a little more, but he gave me a full breakdown of the service. Both Kevin and Joey were very professional about the job and got it done in less than 2 hours right then and there. I thought this was going to be an all-day job where they would have had to come back. But now I don't have to wait and have hot water throughout my house once again. A big thanks to Core Plumbing. They have provided excellent service for me in the past for a main water break out in front. And I now have them on my Contacts list for any future issues. Thanks to all. Core Plumbing was quick, responsive, and professional. We had a broken water heater. They came to the house in the time-window scheduled over the phone and assessed the situation accurately. They quoted us a replacement cost (parts and labor) that seemed too high. I was able to find another plumber who quoted me a price that was 62% of their quote. After doing some more research, I was able to buy a new water heater and install it myself for 25% of the price they quoted me.
