When we bought our house 4 years ago we were tasked with a number of home improvements projects. One of the first projects was replacing our outdated windows with energy efficient ones. We were very lucky to come across this company as their prices were affordable and their product is amazing. They installed 15 windows in total and came out to get the measurements for the retro fitting. They did a great job at minimizing the visibility loss ( I think it was around 1/8-1/4” around) and they were very easy to work with when it came to the fine details in each window. Delivery was on time and install was done in one day. All the employees were professional and friendly and their customer service follow up is outstanding. We get a call every year for them to come out and do inspections to ensure the windows are up to their standards. Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking into upgrading their windows.
My entire experience from beginning to finish was so flawless they did all the contacting with my HOA. The installation was very well done by Luis, Juan and Hector were very professional. And the representative Sana was very nice and helpful through it all. Very satisfied with the company.
ELOR Energy, Inc. is an amazing company! For me, customer service is King. Everyone that works for this company, that we had contact with, are professionals knowing how to provide customer service, and are extremely skilled and knowledgeable about their jobs. We had the privilege of meeting David, the young man who knocked on our door and introduced us to this company. Sana Shah who very skillfully explained the window products in which we expressed interest. She also came by the house on the day of installation, to check that everything was going well. On the day of installation I called the office to find out the ETA for the installation team and spoke with Ashley, who was very helpful in getting answers for my questions. I then received a follow up call from Marty who was following up on a message I had left earlier.
