Damien went above & beyond our hopes & expectations when we panicked as our Kitchen Aid refrigerator’s temp began to decline drastically. He listened attentively to my call and was not hesitant at all to our home at 9:30pm, diagnose the issue, order the necessary parts, return back and have our frig up and running within 42 hours!
