Thank you to Edgar and Charlie for being extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Edgar readily identified the reason our water flow was low and promptly fixed the issue. He identified other issues, explaining each in detail and using terms that were easy for anyone without a plumbing background to understand. His friendly, calm demeamor made us feel very much at ease. Christian came to the house and installed a kitchen garbage disposal for us. He installed the device in less than 20 minutes and left the work area cleaner than he found it! Before leaving he asked us if we needed anything else, and we had him check the toilet in the front bathroom. He smiled and said oh this is easy and fixed our toilet with new parts in under 15 minutes. Christian was honest, friendly and knows his craft. First time using Go Plumbing and it was a great experience. We were able to provide pictures of the problem and got a quick quote over the phone. We had the pleasure to have Christian come out and fix the issue, he was on-time, professional, and respectful of me and my home. He made sure I understood what was happening throughout the install and made sure everything was in working order and cleaned up before he left.
