The Plumbing Tree has been a pleasure to work with! I had them replace two 1980s toilets that were super small and leaky. The options in terms of toilet replacement were great and high quality. Toto toilets are well known so I knew I was getting a quality product and installation with Plumbing Tree. I joined their Customer Program which included an en-longated warranty on the equipment and a 10% on total cost of work. Also the pricing was all inclusive. Cost of equipment and work was already factored in and knowing the costs of Toto toilets I thought it was well worth the price! Not to mention Tony and office staff were super easy to work with. Great team, honestly, I know I'll be working them whenever I have any plumbing work that needs to be done. I am going to replace some sinks soon, and re-do laundry connections at some point as well. The company is highly efficient and professional. They keep you updated while performing the actual service and also before doing it and after it is done. They are very responsive and keep the schedule. The technician, Fernando, did a great job. He not only performed the requested leak detection but also inspected the whole house. He then put all possible repairs in three different categories: what should be done now without any delay, what should be done soon, and what can wait. Overall, his service was excellent. Mickey R. helped us out today. He did a home inspection of all our plumbing and let me know the state of our plumbing, what might need repair now, in the future, how San Diego’s water effects pipes and valves, and what to look out for moving forward. He explained everything well which was invaluable to me as a new homeowner. I feel like I’m a better person now, haha. Definitely a better homeowner. The job was an all day job, which required replacing pretty much all the valves in our condo. Mickey was super nice and very professional. His expertise and the warranty offered by Plumbing Tree puts me at ease, along with the quality of work.
