Brett and his team was fantastic. They kept us in the loop, worked quickly and did everything they could to help explain to us what was going on and fix the problem quickly. I was so frustrated with our outcome but Brett put our minds at ease and reassured us we were doing the correct procedure. We were so happy with his and his teams work, we couldn't possibly appreciate them more. They were responsive and easy to talk too. Called the business and was quoted $105 for the service and $80 for a weekend fee. When the technician arrived. He stated that it would cost $375 dollars for a mainline cleaning. Do not trust what the business says over the phone, their prices are joy consistent and will give you a new price at arrival. I’d recommend going to a different business if you are looking for honesty, if they would have just been upfront the service was otherwise fine. Service: Drain cleaning

Roto-Rooter sent Doug to the rescue and it was by far the best house-call I’ve had in many tears. My rambunctious kids broke a toilet and Doug diagnosed removed and replaced it with a new one in record time. He has professional and courteous. He told great stories, and worked fast. He cleaned as he went and taught me more about toilets and plumbing than I ever had a right to know. If I ever have a plumbing issue Doug is my guy! Best service ever and pretty reasonable.
