Semper Solaris

Being active duty I always try to support companies who are military owned. That is the initial thing that caught my eye about Semper. After doing my research and meeting with a few companies we chose them. Their products and warranties seemed better than the competitors, so I can see why their price was slightly higher. I’m ok paying more if I feel that it’s worth it. After seeing the product and the workmanship of the install I was happy I paid a little more. Elieso the installers and their crew was great! I liked our rep Genevieve that came out to go over everything. She was kind and answered my text/emails in a timely manner. I will be working with Semper in the future when I’m ready add AC. Semper Solaris installed solar panels installed on our house in late December of 2022. My spouse and I are very pleased with Semper Solaris and how it ran this project. David Bell, our first point of contact, has always been very helpful and responsive to our emails. He came out to our house shortly after we contacted him. He explained various options for a solar system and listened to what we wanted to accomplish with a solar system. He designed a system that would cover our current needs and provide solar power capability for future upgrades (such as charging an electric vehicle). Everything that he said has been spot on, and I appreciate that and trust him. Semper Solaris went through a design phase before the installation. In my opinion, this was a very professional and valuable operation. In our case, the design (engineering) phase uncovered an issue and a solution for the location of our circuit breaker before any installation was started. This was much better than the problem

My wife and I received notch service from Genevieve J. at Semper Solaris. We met her one day at Costco after we were talking to the SunRun rep, she passed us her card and said to give her a call for a quote. After getting 3 quotes we decided Semper had the best products for the price. It took about 3 months from start to finish. The office is a little busy right now with the big rush so whenever we needed answers we just went directly to Genevieve and she helped us. As of 2 weeks ago we are finally up and running ready to save money.
