The repairs were done in a few days and they left our house looking better than when they found it. James is an excellent technician. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and a quick worker. I had no idea what I needed when my toilet wouldn't flush, and how many details were involved. All my questions were answered, part of the yard had to be dug up, thing were replaced nicely with small green tops planted so if ever something happens again, the company will know the location. I really enjoy my new toilet and appreciate the work was all done in a timely manner and the cost was great, however reasonable.
