If I could rate 100 stars I would! My home warranty sent out another company first, who misdiagnosed the problem, and left us without heat for over a month. Ruben was called and from that day on, my experience with him was stellar. He answered all my questions and communicated every step of the way. He worked with the home warranty late Friday afternoon (12/17) and by Monday morning (12/20), was able to get a brand new, more efficient furnace approved. We discussed replacing my old AC as well and he was very honest about the pros and cons of replacing at same time. I decided it was best to go ahead and replace it. He gave me a great deal and had everything installed and working properly on Tuesday 12/22! His crew was respectful and cleaned up everything before leaving. Christmas was saved! These guys are awesome! I got ridiculous quotes from several other big name HVAC companies and Ruben gave me the best deal out of all of them. I saved a couple thousand and they installed everything perfectly and even insisted to thoroughly clean the floors and areas they worked in when they finished. I highly recommend them!
