JB Plumbing

We had an issue with our primary bath at 11pm and called JB Plumbing. A dispatcher answered and although they could not come that evening they came the next day between 8-11am. Cory arrived and was great. He was very professional, explained the issue and was able to replace and fix the part, Re-seal the part and complete the project. Pricing was not cheap but not over expensive either as to why 4 stars vs 5, however we will use them again for our plumbing needs. Originally called on Sunday afternoon and someone immediately answered! Johnny called back shortly and scheduled a visit first thing Monday morning. Johnny and another plumber (didn't remember his name) showed up and quickly identified the leak, fixed it quickly. During the process Johnny communicated effectively what he was doing and left me the name of someone to fix the drywall and trim that was ruined by the leak. They installed a pressure regulator, the were professional, on-time, courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Johnny and his assistant were excellent. I want to congratulate your company for having outstanding workers. Thanks you very much!
