Originally called on Sunday afternoon and someone immediately answered! Johnny called back shortly and scheduled a visit first thing Monday morning. Johnny and another plumber (didn't remember his name) showed up and quickly identified the leak, fixed it quickly. During the process Johnny communicated effectively what he was doing and left me the name of someone to fix the drywall and trim that was ruined by the leak.
