My heat wasn't working so I requested a quote and within 10 minutes I received a call from Sam. The tech came out within a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem. It was a little more than I had expected to pay but to be honest I hadn't gotten another quoted either. They came out the next day and within an hour Ray had heat working. Western Air is awesome!! My air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the summer thus far. 112 degree heat. Inside temp was 91. My family was melting!! Sam came to the rescue and saved us all! Sam works very hard to service his customers, he is very knowledgeable and passionate about his business. I highly recommend Western Air. You won't be disappointed.
