Jerry our technician was very nice and did the work very quickly. Also he did not try to rip us off by telling us we need a new unit like another service we had come out. Honesty is hard to find these days. Would recommend him highly.
My heat wasn't working so I requested a quote and within 10 minutes I received a call from Sam. The tech came out within a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem. It was a little more than I had expected to pay but to be honest I hadn't gotten another quoted either. They came out the next day and within an hour Ray had heat working. Company quoted me almost $1K to fix my water heater controller. I got a second opinion, and the technician was able to turn on my water heater for me for a $60 dollar service fee. I had great experiences with them in the past. But my most recent encounter with them in October 2022, leaves me looking for another local water heater/ air conditioner specialist.
