I was extremely pleased with the estimate and service received from Western Air! They were prompt and came the same day to give us an estimate, and Sam was very friendly and knowledgable. They gave me a detailed estimate the next business day so I clearly understood what needed repairing. The estimate didn't fit my budget so I went with another pro, but I was so impressed that I wanted to give them a good review. I will definitely be keeping their number for a future job!

My heat wasn't working so I requested a quote and within 10 minutes I received a call from Sam. The tech came out within a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem. It was a little more than I had expected to pay but to be honest I hadn't gotten another quoted either. They came out the next day and within an hour Ray had heat working.
