I ordered my screen online, took about 2 weeks to get and I absolutely love it. It came all put together and was very easy for me to install by myself. Thank you again for a quality product!!!
I have been trying to get a hold of "Best Custom Screens" for about 8 months. They do not reply on their website, to their number or to social media comments. I ordered a screen and got the wrong size. I can't use it. I spent $200-ish on it. It's not a bad screen, but I can't do anything with it. They won't get back to me to exchange it or for a refund. I feel totally DUPED by this company.
I bought a screen door from them. It was easy to order and not so easy for me to install it. I needed to hire a handyman to come out to do it. But their phone people helped me find a local handyman that could install it for me. Ordering was easy. I was able to measure on my own using the instructions and video how to. Overall I am very please with my purchase.
