I scheduled an appointment with a window from 12 to 2. At 2:30, I called and the dispatcher said she would try and get ahold of the technician. The technician called me soon after to notify me that he needed to reschedule for the following day. I agreed to reschedule for 10 to 11 am. But the following day, he did not show up, and when I tried to call and text, I received no response. Very unprofessional, and if you could not provide service, you should have notified me, instead of being non responsive.
Maclay Handyman Care is a super friendly, reliable, all around great handyman company. The first time we used Maclay Handyman Care They did some minor jobs around the house. Their technician proved to be a very diligent worker, crossing things off our list as he went.
A well-deserved 5 star rating for this company! Maclay Handyman Care really values all of their customers and always give their best to meet our demands, I highly recommend them!
