Atlas provides a great quality and clean job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do complicated residential plumbing work that requires inspections. The guys got here early and finished a full upper and lower sewer line replacement in a timely manner. They called for their own inspections, finished the job well, and cleaned up to make the affected area look like new. I thought I would have to call a landscaper (as I would have to have done with my original plumbers) but I came back when they finished to find that it looked like they were never there! The crew is kind and communicative and easy to work with. Pricing is competitive and made sense. It seems like a big company but they treat their clients with attention and care. I'm writing this on behalf of my mother, who owns this google account. My mom called Atlas for a dead water heater that PG&E diagnosed with a dead thermocouple. PG&E doesn't do repairs and advised that we look for a plumber. My mom's friend recommended Atlas. My mom called Atlas and they sent their repairman, Luis R, the same day. We provided the PG&E's report and he warned us that a thermocouple has 50/50 chance of working, but he said if it doesn't work we only pay half the price of the repair. We accepted and it worked. He said it looks good and Atlas offers a 30 day warranty. Luis R. was very professional and courteous. He and Atlas are very highly recommended. Service: Water heater repair

Although their website claims 24/7 service, the answering service will take your number (if you're lucky) and you'll never hear anything back. Or that's what happened to me last night. The first call at about 12:45 am went to an answering service who said if they didn't call back in 20 min or so to call them back. I called back about 1:20 am and the phone just rang forever. Still no calls from them.
