As a property manager I expect the vendors I work with to treat my property owners and tenants with the respect and professional work/attitude and to absolutely follow up and follow thru with communication during and after the work is complete. Ben did an amazing job with our light fixture installation. We had a very old fixture which was hard to remove. He removed the old one and installed the new light very fast and in a clean way. I will hire Ben again for sure.
We're so happy to have found Ben Handy! He recently completed various repairs, etc...at one of our properties including but not limited to: 2 hours of plumbing work, stripping/re-caulking tub/basin surrounds, water fixtures as well, and full yard cleanup/trimming down a tree, etc...He did a great job and we plan to use his services again!
