My wall heater unit wasn't working. I called Cabrillo and they were able to set me up for a technician evaluation in short notice. Robert was on time and very professional. Unfortunately my very old heating unit was irreparable, but Robert was able to quickly order a new unit and returned within a few days to install it. He and his partner came right on time and worked quickly and efficiently to install a new unit, which is working great. Would highly recommend their services. Service: Heating system installation

I called Cabrillo Plumbing Heating and Air for a backed-up sewage pipe and they were OUTSTANDING!!! They set up my appointment promptly and were on time. About 30 minutes before arrival I received a text from Cabrillo telling me David, the plumber was en route. The text included a picture, physical description, years of experience, hobbies, and so on. Once David got to our house he introduced himself and was very professional. He checked the area where the clogged pipe was and got a general layout of our plumbing. He set up his work area and got down to business all the while explaining what he was doing, how the plumbing system worked, and what the overall goal was. After David verified the clog was clear and flowing he installed our toilet with the ease of a seasoned artist. Frank Cichetti came to assess our water heater. It needed to be replaced although it wasn’t old. His time and expertise were much appreciated in diagnosing a water pressure issue that was effecting all our appliances. Javier and Erick showed up promptly, removed all the substandard strapping and piping replacing it in a way that makes you realize the importance of having things done right.
