Harry and Alex have gone above and beyond with their work. They are great at communicating when and where they will show up, what type of work they have been doing, and what you need to do going forward for maintenance if necessary. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean that my housemate accidentally blew a fuse on New Year's Day, and Harry and Alex were at the house within 15 minutes to identify the issue and fix it, and we haven't had any issues since then. It was incredible. They also handled a potential headache with the permitting office and got everything done quickly and with minimum work on my end. I love their professionalism and will be happy to hire them again. I recently got a bid for a project from a different electrical company that I was very unhappy with. Not only was the quote very high, but their suggested approach was extremely complex and would have involved tearing down walls and tearing my yard. Then I remembered that I'd had a positive experience with Chasov Electric several years ago so I reached out. Michael came out to inspect our property and immediately proposed a much simpler and more cost effective solution. He took photos on his tablet and sent mockups of his proposed design in advance. Harry and Alex completed the project and they were delightful to work with. They arrived on time, confirmed details and decisions with me throughout the day, and carefully inspected all their work prior to departing. I'm very happy with how the work turned out.
