We had a great experience with this company. We needed two toilets repaired. Daniel was our service person and he was always on time and very knowledgeable. With our house being older we had a few problems but Daniel was always very professional and accomplished the job.We would definitely use them again.

Chosen responded quickly to address the problem of the patio not draining after a big wind and rain storm. Robert arrived within the arrival window and was courteous to me and my elderly mom throughout. He explained what he was doing along the way, took care not to make a mess in the house and cleaned up after himself when he was finished. You would never know he was there except the patio looked better when he left than it did before he arrived! I can’t say enough about the level of service and ultra professionalism. My service technician Robert was great. Very friendly and positive fella. He fixed my kitchen sink leak in less than an hour and has stayed dry since yesterday and have no doubt into the next 10 years. The principals of CHOSEN are just as great. I detected the leak on Saturday following the Thanksgiving holidays. Placed a call to my home insurance and send an email directly to CHOSEN on Sunday. Amazingly, the principal responded and I was scheduled with an appointment the very next day after a 4 day holiday weekend. Now, where can you find this type of efficiency?
