Chosen Rooter was great!! They were flexible with our appointment when we needed to change last minute unexpectedly. Nick came to take a look at the pipes in our shower which another plumber had told us needed to be fully replaced. Other Plumber said we needed to pull up our shower, go in through our downstairs neighbors ceiling and replace everything in there. It was going to be a major job that would be expensive, invasive, and inconvenient. Nick was able to really get in and snake it effectively and the drain is running like a dream now. I appreciate how Nick was consultative, solved the issue and saved us from doing a major job that we did not need to do, at least not now. Here's to good honest plumbing!! My initial experience when I called was great because they were able to get out within a few hours on a Sunday to my tenants apartment in SF to take a look at a leak under the kitchen sink. They said they would charge $85 for an assessment and then give me an estimate for the repair and will apply the $85 towards the repair if I went with them. That sounded reasonable pricing wise. They discovered that the p-trap and the straight pipe going into the wall under the sink were corroded and needed to be replaced. They had the parts which were easily accessible from any hardware store and told me it would take less than 30 minutes to repair but they said it would cost $400. I was shocked at the price and when I told them that was very expensive they said it was because it was a Sunday. Who knows what it would have cost on a regular week day, I doubt it would have been much less. I feel like they took advantage of me knowing that I was an out of town landlord and that I couldn't leave

We had a great experience with this company. We needed two toilets repaired. Daniel was our service person and he was always on time and very knowledgeable. With our house being older we had a few problems but Daniel was always very professional and accomplished the job.We would definitely use them again.
