Our kitchen faucet broke and we had guests coming in from out of town. I contacted at 400pm on a Wednesday and we had a plumber at our home fixing the dilemma the next day by noon. Steven is the absolute best. He's not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional but also so kind, smart, and fun to talk to. He corrected all my problems and explained clearly what the issue was, how he fixed it, what to keep an eye out for. Hands down an excellent plumber. He also has incredible book recommendations, is awesome at deep philosophical convos, and has a collection of solid recipe recommendations. Conner & Donald were great! After looking at my bathroom they determined I needed to have my shower head & faucet replaced, this was a relief because I thought it was a much bigger project. Now I will awfully admit I am kinda particular about the way things look in my home & they were more than delighted to accommodate my requests. The guys had replacement parts with them & could have finished the job in a day or two but they went above & beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, even though it was more time & work.
