Bill Connell arrived out during a large ice storm (early Feb 2023) and repaired the damage caused by electrical service mains that tore away from the exterior house wall due to a tree fall (from the ice storm). He worked a long shift in freezing yucky weather, did professional quality work, and was courteous through it all. My wife and I are happy, and we highly recommend his services. We needed a new unit for our rental. Abraham Rodriguez was responsive and provided me with an immediate estimate and phone call to follow up to solution product questions. He answered my questions in detail with full explanation as to how the new system worked when installed. In addition, he was able to schedule work so tenants weren’t without for an extended period.
