Robert has been out to repair our dishwasher multiple times (different issues). Every time he's super helpful, teaches me about what went wrong & how I can check for it in future, and just generally does a great job. We're double lucky that Galaxy, and Robert, have been great at responding to messages about scheduling a service call and been able to make it out in 1-2 despite the pandemic. Definitely recommend this company.

So here is my saga. Our furnace stopped working during one of the coldest days in SF. HVAC places were swamped, so instead of our regular HVAC company, Apollo, we called Galaxy. Galaxy told me the timer was out, they couldn't replace it because they couldn't get the part, and they quoted me about $5K to replace the furnace. Later, Apollo (they were very busy) came out, and the guy says "your control unit is bad." So I was like, darn it, so you have to replace the furnace? And he goes "no, I have the part in my truck, and it costs $200." So fifteen minutes later, the furnace is working, and it cost $380 after labor and taxes.

OMG..to say I was satisfied would be an understatement! My technician Aaron, shed a whole new light on "service with a smile!" Complete and utter professionalism. Will most definitely be using him again!
