Yevgeny was very communicative and direct when helping to assess the electrical problem I was calling him to fix. He came over and was generous with his time, explaining to me where the previous mistakes were made and how he could go about fixing them. Yevgeny and his team came the next day and were efficient, professional, and kind. Late Thursday night, I had plumbing emergency where I noticed leak under my kitchen sink. I have heard many good things about GeneralSF, and thought to give that company a call. Yevgeny came out on short notice. He explained what he is going to do in details and transparently. As Yevgeny worked to fix the leak, he was also patiently explaining what he was doing. Yevgeny was able to fix the leak in no time. Yevgeny was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in getting the job done and is a true professional.
