I needed an angle stop replaced on a cold water shut-off valve under the kitchen sink. The guys from Genteel were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. They knew exactly what to do, had all the parts they needed, and completed the job very quickly. Had a huge project that was overwhelming. I had no idea where to start with a remodel that needed all new plumbing. As soon as I spoke to Genteel I felt at ease. Communication was amazing from getting a quote all the way through completion. I think this is huge and Genteel definitely spend the extra time answering all the questions I had. They also do a good job staying on schedule and setting realistic expectations. As a new homeowner they really put me at ease and I look forward to having sheetrock done and then equipment installation!!
