Wow! These guys are truly professionals. They were SO responsive and kept me in the loop on when they would arrive and what they were going to do before they did the work. David was the technician and he brought Yannik who was new. We needed to remount and reseal our guest toilet to the floor. They did the work quickly and it's good as new. They even answered my other plumbing questions and didn't try to upsell me on other services. They are pretty pricey (total came out to ~$500) but there's a one year warranty on the service. And I really appreciated their communication and reliability. You can tell they are passionate about their work, and I would use them again in the future. Service: Toilet repair

We had flooding from toilet and shower drain in our bathroom. Called them late Saturday night and were able to schedule someone for early Sunday morning. We will definitely be using Genteel again for any plumbing services! Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing leak detection

Genteel Plumbers replaced two outdoor spigots. They responded same day, only took half hour and we have nice, new spigots. Reasonably priced and friendly service.Old fixture on left, new on right. Highly recommend. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
