My water bills were skyrocketing. The problem per SF Water Dept. was that my toilets were leaking. I had another company (5 Star) give me an estimate. They said all 3 toilets should be replaced and it would cost over $5,000. Then I had Genteel check out the scene. They did not try to sell me 3 new toilets. They fixed the old ones. For $540. Quite a difference!!! That was a few months ago. The toilets are fine, my water bills are normal-ish. Case closed. 10 stars ! Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Genteel Plumbers replaced two outdoor spigots. They responded same day, only took half hour and we have nice, new spigots. Reasonably priced and friendly service.Old fixture on left, new on right. Highly recommend. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
