I was very, very grateful they came out for a same day appointment for a shower valve replacement. Water was running non stop all of a sudden, and the faucet would not turn off. Larry was very helpful in guiding me through whether a building water shutoff was needed and how to find out the kind of part needed. Carmen was helpful in explaining how billing would work and when I had questions about the tech tracker status and tech arrival. Mario was extremely skilled as he was able to remove the escutcheon that was stubbornly rusted to the wall. He accomplished the replacement in under an hour which minimized the negative impact of the duration of water shutoff and hot water unavailability for 100+ units in my complex.
