We had to get a whole new system for our heat pump/ac in February of this year. December 1st the heat goes out. I contacted and they said they would be between 5 and 7pm getting here. Then almost got a call back saying they could have someone between 2 and 4. They were here at 2:15! They checked and apparently the circuit board went awful due to a power surge we had had the day before. It was covered under warranty! The guys who arrived were professional and respectful. They couldn't get the part until the next day but they came back as fast as they could get it here. Again professional and very respectful. They even said they would take care of the warranty and claim for me! I'm so happy with their service! Thank you all so so very much! Dennell was so helpful, through, personable, and professional. I asked him again on another call. On another call days later Mario and Herbert arrived out to remove my damaged water heater.
