If you dont get your call answered you will wait days for a return call if any. The female answering the phone is rude and plays pass the buck between them and the insurance company with no resolve. Service man seemed to be either overworked or just inconsiderate.had 8-11am appointment called at eleven said would be arriving at 1pm,i advised him i had a Dr.appointment at 2:30pm he said that he would be done in time. with no further call he arrived at 6PM causing me to miss a Dr appointment. I believe they have a deal with the insurance company (Fidelity Home Warranty) if you dont use them, the insurance company (Fidelity Home Warranty) will only pay you about a third of the average price to fix the heating system. so they treat you like your at there mercy. There overage charges are unquestionable with no recourse. wish you could rate minus stars

Only if you lucky do they answer the phone. When they do they are very rude and unhelpful. They don’t follow through with calling ahead of time to let you know there coming. Tried to ask the tech a question on the way out he just continued to his truck and drove off. Would not recommend them Service: A/C system repair
