A Fast Plumbing & Drain

I called “A Fast Plumbing & Drain” on Monday July 22nd and they made an appointment for Tuesday 9AM July 23rd. Kevin and Tommy had me fixed up in less then 1/2 an hour. Our dishwasher drain hose was the culprit. They cleaned it out and were on their way and at a very reasonable price. I am having them back to do another job on a bathtub. I would recommend this company to anyone. Nice people.

Kevin did not communicate what time he would get to our home. We left our home to get some food to a place that's less than 10 min away. He arrived during that time. When we got back Kevin walked right by my husband and went into the first open door. He ended up going through our bathroom and master bedroom. Incredibly unprofessional. At this point I was in the Kitchen when he walked in. He didn't say a word to me either. He had a very poor attitude the whole time he was looking at our water heater. I don't know if he knows that he's in the service industry. He lit the pilot and left the gas line open when he left. He also tried going back through our master bedroom. Then he quoted my husband $1800 to replace our water heater. New water heaters run around $700. $1100 for labor just does not sit right to me. I'm sure others have had better experiences. Maybe different jobs and caught him on a better day but this was our experience.

I called Kevin up, within 30 minutes he was out to my home, and within 30 minutes he fixed the problem. He was very positive and humorous which made my worries go away. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I'm looking forward to having services with this company again.
