I have to give credit where it's due. We'd been having some bizarre issue with our lights randomly going off and on for no apparent reason. I had replaced bulbs, but they continued to go out. In comes....JULIO to save the day! Very nice man. Great personality, and more than that, he was honest and fair. Turns out we didn't haven't paranormal activity, just some bad connections and the need for some more new bulbs. But a good laugh was had by all. Not only did Julio do a fantastic job taking care of the light situation, he referred us to someone for attic work we needed done. We've bought an old home... so fixing it up will be a constant process. Finding good, LICENSED contractors that keep their rates affordable is no small feat. Not only did Julio charge us a very fair price for his time and labor, but he connected us to someone we ended up using to do another job- and HE gave us a very good rate as well.
