Happy New Year’s everyone Over the holiday break I called this company to check out my furnace in the attic. Mind you, it is really old and needed to be checked. I had a hunch that it was going to need to be replaced, but I wasn’t sure how much it would cost. Alliance Air came out to test the equipment only to find an ongoing problem I’ve been having for years, they gave me the option to repair it or replace the heater with a new one. The price was so good to pass up, so I replaced it with a new thermostat as well. Alliance did a great job and was very clean about their work, thank you guys. After talking to 6 vendors I picked Tom. I was quite surprised Tom turned out to be the most professional and the cheapest (totally unexpected). Based on my research I knew exactly what I wanted, a Carrier 58TP1A five ton two stage furnace. Tom and team did an excellent job of getting the unit and installing it, wrapping the ducts, installing a filter box and cleaning up all within a few hours. If there was an option to give six stars I would have given it!
